Orders & Delivery

- We use DPD Next Day Delivery for fast and reliable shipping.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it should arrive the next working day.
- Delivery cost is £7 for orders under £60.
- Orders over £60 qualify for FREE delivery.
- Once shipped, you will receive a DPD tracking link via email or SMS.
Returns & Refunds
- Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging to be returned.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened supplements cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations unless faulty.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
